Before you call
The questions we get asked first.
What does a project actually cost?
It depends on area, finishes and how much civil work the space needs. After the site visit we give a line-by-line estimate rather than a per-square-foot number, because per-square-foot numbers are where surprises hide.
How long will my space be shut?
Most clinics and cafés run 30 to 60 days from site handover to opening. We build modular units at the factory while site work happens, which is what keeps that window short.
Do you only design, or do you build too?
Both. Design-only is available if you already have a contractor, but our normal work is turnkey — drawings, manufacturing, site execution and handover under one contract.
Can I see the design before I commit?
Yes. You approve the floor plan, then the 3D views and material samples, before costs are locked and anything is ordered.
What happens if something needs fixing after handover?
Our fabrication carries a written warranty and we run a snag list at handover. Call the same project manager you worked with — you are not routed to a helpdesk.
